Don't submerge your tooth brush in bleach though other wise it's not good for the material. Definitely do not submerge your whole shoe in bleach! If you have a colour strip on your shoe. Don't wipe it with bleach. After you have bleached it with the tooth brush, take a damp old cloth and with boiling hot water wipe all the bleach off so it won't ruin the shoe! Try and scrub the shoe too so more 'dirt' will come off. Put bleach on an old tooth brush and scrub until they are clean.
